My introduction

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum but decided to try to follow the 12 week NHS plan to loose weight.

I used to maintain a healthy weight with regular martial arts but I had to give that up last year due to Endometriosis getting in the way. I am also taking two Cerelle a day to manage this, but one alone caused weight gain! Now my weight is piling on every day and no amount of diets or workouts have worked so far (I've tried rawtil4, the Kayla Itsines Programme, and I usually have a balanced vegan diet, with a sugar addiction, and do a lot of walking & yoga). I figured if the NHS plan can't help, I'm doomed!!

Any tips are welcome. I'm nearly at the end of my first week but I'm not expecting to see results yet. How long did it take for you?

I am currently 5'2 & 9st 7. I know i'm not "overweight" but I definitely need to loose some fat. Before going on medication my weight used to sit comfortably around 8st.

    I hope you won't mind me being lazy, but I've just posted heaps of information on another new member's post, Chantelle (mammy2six), I wonder if you wouldn't mind hopping over and sharing it :)

    I'm on week 11 and have been lucky enough to lose weight every week bar one, but I'm very obese and therefore it's a little easier for me :)

    Of course, if I'd had a brain, I could have worked it out for myself :D
