This is just a reminder post to anyone who wants to post in the Monday Weigh-in Group thread (Fab 5'ers), that I won't be here for the next 3 Mondays (i.e. 23rd November; 30th November; and 7th December 2015).
Prin will be posting the thread on those dates, so please look out for her name. The title will be the same i.e. "Please Join Us for a Monday Group Weigh-in (date in brackets)" If you click 'follow' and then Prin's name, you'd be notified of when she posts it, but equally it should be easy to spot, as she will post it early in the morning (before 7am).
Everyone is welcome to post in that thread - one or more of the Fab 5'ers (consisting of Prin, Suzybenj, Moreless, Ruth_Canal_Runner, and myself, Lowcal) will respond to you at some point during the day. (I won't be there of course, but I just wanted to list all the Fab 5'ers). We encourage everyone to interact and support one another within the thread, and it works really well. It's a really supportive and encouraging group.
I'll be back to post the Monday thread on 14th December, and will look forward to catching up with everyone then. Hopefully you'll all be lighter, fitter, and healthier than today - although I do realise it's a challenging time of year, so:
Maybe aim to 'maintain' rather than gain - if it becomes too much of a strain.
I know there are lots of pre-Christmas occasions to get through, and it could get tough - so good luck! Don't forget that sometimes the weight doesn't always show on the scales, and so taking body measurements can also help to record your progress, and:
Feeling your clothes getting looser, is also a booster.
(Sorry, I couldn't resist a couple of little rhymes)
Here's a link to the Monday weigh-in thread on 16th November, incase you are new, and would like to see what the group is like, and what goes on there:
Please don't respond to this 'reminder' - unless you want to of course, as I'm getting ready for my trip away, and won't be around to read any replies. It's purely a reminder.
All the best, and I'll be back to post the thread on 14th December.
p.s. My sincere thanks to the Fabulous Fab 5'ers for their excellent team work in enabling this thread to stay happy and healthy, and to everyone who contributes to the thread, thank you for making it such a great experience.
Prin, over to you - thank you (in advance) for posting the next 3 Monday's posts.
