So I haven't been great over the last week but I have tried to watch what une eating and try and keep around the 1400 kcal Mark - but failed most days. I've exercised (on my stationary bike whilst watching to) on 3 occasions. Felt anxious about weighting myself but I've lost 2llbs which has motivated me to focus this week. Haven't missed out on anything this week- just paid more attention. So I'm full of beans, hope and happiness! Ps u still have a long journey ahead but this is the right start! And if I'm not so great with my eating, I'll forgive myself and carry on rather than totally binge. Just needed to turn the corner
