Okay, so I don't know how you do things here but this place is going to be like my personal diary where I will post about how I eat and what I am feeling. By making this public I feel like it will motivate me more. If I eat bad one day and I let out my feelings on here it may set me up for a better day tomorrow. So we'll start with today! it started pretty good then I ate bad because I didn't plan my meal so tonight I already planned my lunch and dinner for tomorrow.
