Question about the food and activity chart

Hi everyone,

Just joined up and have a question about the food and activity chart. In the section it says "Your 5 a day" and you tick how much you have done. Does this mean water or veggie/fruit consumption?

I believe that its for fruit and veg, although keeping well hydrated is essential to lose weight, so it might be a good idea to aim for 5 glasses of water a day and put a tick under the five a day crosses, as well?
