I am feeling good today. I have been the gym 3 times this week and I feel slimmer already. I also resisted temptation which I am super proud about! My mum had bought a packet of jam doughnuts and had left them on the kitchen counter and I resisted, reached over them and grabbed a banana instead! At the end of the day I was under my calorie allowance. I am now feeling really excited for my weigh in on Sunday ☺

That's really good will power there! I'd be the same if somebody bought me some Jam doughnuts! I'm a newbie so reading some posts like this will hopefully keep me motivated! Good luck
I love your post - it's great that you're feeling slimmer already, and that you've been to the gym 3 times this week. I hope you enjoyed those visits. I think you did really well to avoid the temptation of the doughnuts, and that you instead enjoyed the banana as a snack.
