My name is Bradley and I'm a 55 yr old male with an active 14 yr old son. I recently returned to playing cricket in an effort to encourage my sons interest in the game and rekindle my enjoyment of the game too. Unfortunately I tore an ankle ligament whilst playing a few weeks ago and although that is nicely on the mend I have had an attack of gout in my left big toe!
Consequently I'm wanting to lose weight, tone up my fitness and recover in time to play more games before the cricket season ends.
I am also a Cambridge weight loss consultant so if anyone out there wants to try a meal replacement diet that has over 30 years of proven track record effectiveness please drop me a reply. It isn't free, but it does work.

How frustrating! It is good though you have the knowledge about the Cambridge diet. I don't really understand it and am no good at starving myself 😳 Diana
If you are on the site in a personal capacity, then welcome and good luck with your weight loss journey. It is not however appropriate to use this site to promote the Cambridge system or any other diet system which financially benefits you.
