Always Exercised

I have always exercised , 5 years ago in 2009/2010 I weighed around 85- 87 Kilos , ran 10km at least 4-5 times a week plus lifting weights.

Believe a combination of age & quitting smoking ,plus being lazy & eating takeaways 3-4 times a week in addition to drinking a bottle or 2 of wine on a evening.

My main goal is me & my beautiful girlfriend going to Thailand in 2016 & me weighing 90-95 Kilos or possibly less if it can be done.........................................

Well done for joining the forum. It is a great first step and will give you plenty of support. Have you looked at the NHS 12 week plan. I've found that it really suits me.

Yeah I have thanks,

Sort of doing a version of it,

eating more fruit & veg via smoothies X3 times a day plus a balanced meal.

Not dieting , eating better & exercising 5-6 times per week

Green Smoothies are the way forward , a simple way to consume more fruit & veg & super foods.


Weighed in today started this 7 weeks 5 days ago loss to date from 115 kilos to 104.2 kilos.(") not going to rest on my laurels mind
