What a fabulous snowman and a great way to get some exercise. If you join our Fit is Fun Club, you'll get lots of other ideas too.
All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and we hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.
We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Wishing you all the best
Your snowman looks amazing. I bet you both enjoyed making it.
I love his eyes, very funny! I took my son to the park on Sunday, there were some brilliant snowmen but he just wanted to roll a giant snowball. The snow was a bit too hard yesterday and is nearly all gone for us now.
SUCH a brilliant snowman, Darling. Made me laugh out loud. He has exactly that expression favoured by a much loved ex-pusscat of furious indignation - a masterpiece in witty sculpturing. Thank you for making us all laugh.
There needs to be more of this, especially now. Lockdown, anxiety, frustration and in some cases, grief, is taking its toll. Let's make a resolution to support each other as so many do but also to create and spread some laughter and joy, where ever that is possible.
Love your snowman Angietink and share your sadness about not being able to do something, anything with your grandchild. We have six and miss them all so much. Enjoy your walks and hopefully you will find other things to keep yourself smiling during the remainder of lockdown Dave x
