Not the best

Depression reared its ugly head ; why ? Who knows ? Nature of the beast. Healthy eating not being achieved atm. Just getting through this. It won't last, but it takes its own sweet time to go away, it won't be hurried I know that much. I'm managing, with effort, to still walk my beloved dog so I'm glad about that . Hoping to be in touch and my usual bouncy self and chat to my pals on here soon.

Hope you are all ok

Best wishes trierisme x

  • Know how it feels but the edges do soften. Hope the weather is okay for you as that does help. Dull here so find it harder to resist unhealthy food when the sun is hiding. Take care. x

  • Hope you're ok, and pull through x

  • Depression is horrible and can suck the life out of you. I find when i hit a depressive phase i still try to make good choices and it makes me feel better, especially when i get to the end and manage a lose even if its just a little one. Hope you feel better soon

  • Sorry to hear you're not feeling too good. Try not to give into comfort eating, it's a bit of a vicious circle when you do. Enjoy walking your dog and hopefully a long quiet walk will help you take back control. Best wishes to you.

  • Hope your ok. The weather makes a huge difference to me - when its sunny i am happy, motivated and feel brilliant. when we have a week of bad weather i feel miserable, just want to eat bad food etc. I suffer with depression & anxiety. I find its much worse in the winter. Getting out of the house makes a huge difference. Hope you feel better soon. :)
