On my birthday Febuary15 th I weighed in at 17.6 now on April 14 I weigh 15.5. Still have a long way to go, but now know I can do it, had a few naughty treats then worked harder, at 44 it's now or never😊😊

Well done!! 2 stone is great weight loss!! Think I started roughly at about the time you did but unfortunately I've been up and down and still at the same weight more or less since starting so again well done for sticking to it- thats an inspiration for me, will really try as hard as you obviously have and get out of this 17st zone.
