Hi to everyone, I have reached week 9...yeah :-)

I weighed in yesterday and lost 28 lbs.

2 stone gone. Woohooooo....

I'm so happy right now, it's a good feeling and to know that all of my hard work, determination, focus, motivation, dedication and self worth is paying off.

I hope everyone on their journey is doing really well x

Thank you. Good for you taking this step towards a new you. My tip is to ensure you have all your meals and snacks planned. Give yourself a day off each week where you don't count calories (it works for me) and the first week is where you will see your biggest weight loss so give it all you've got when it comes to exercise & healthy choice foods. I lost 7 lbs in my first week and I wish I worked harder that week, if only I knew.

Preparation is key. Good luck Sanjan, I wish you every success x

Thank you so much :-)

It took a lot of planning and hard work to get here, but it has now become routine. Plan everyday what you are going to eat and fit in exercise everyday where possible. I now work out 40/50 mins 5 times a week and this has also become routine. I started this journey with 30 mins 6 days a week. Good luck with your journey I wish you every success x
