Weighed in today and need to lose 1 stone 11lbs to be in the middle of a health BMI range. I'm setting my first weight loss goal as 7lbs as this will take me into the healthy BMI range, which would be a much happier place to be. I'm starting the Lose Weight - Live Well 12 week plan and the Couch to 5k plan. It's a long time since I've done any running so I'm a bit nervous. I better stop sitting here typing and get on with it!
