I was a healthy 10 and a half stone before i came to uni and binge ate... now i have no idea how to lose it. Any ideas?

It's really difficult to start a diet, and pretty tough going to keep it up, but it's best to just experiment with good, healthy food until you find things you enjoy eating that don't take you over your daily calorie intake. It's also important not to worry about it and to leave anxiety to the side - you've decided to get healthy now, so you're on the right track.

hi i am in the same position i started uni too and i binge eat so much especially when i get stressed. One advice i can give you dont try to change what you eat too much but slowly like add more veg and fruit cause i lack so much in what i eat daily.
