Week 1 - weigh in

Hi all,

I am doing the 12 week plan and have just finished my first week with a weigh in this morning. I am very pleased with the outcome, given that I had a weekend away with the girls and am unable to do any fitness (apart from slow walking) following an operation on my hip.

Day 1 - 1288 calories

Day 2 - 1556 calories

Day 3 - away

Day 4 - away

Day 5 - 1390 calories

Day 6 - 1261 calories

Day 7 - 1333 calories

Weight at start: 179lb (12st 11lb)

Weight at end of week: 177lb (12st 9lb)

I said that I would be happy if I maintained, but to have lost 2lb has really spurred me on. Here's to another good week!
