So I started my healthy eating plan today and it went well. It's only day one but i really hope i can stick to my diet! I had scrambled egg this morning, a chicken salad and a fruit salad for lunch and spag bol for dinner. I also went to the gym for an hour and walked home afterwards. I really hope i keep this motivation for as long as possible

Diet and exercise plan are the best solution for weight lose. Every day my husband and kids are looking forward to what I'm preparing for breakfast. Being a mom and a wife, a whole day is not enough to cope up with the everyday household chores. Still, I never forget to keep my body healthy and fit. I do daily exercise, healthy diet plan and I keep my body firm by using iwbodywraps to keep my body tighten and toned.
