Day one Week One

So I started my healthy eating plan today and it went well. It's only day one but i really hope i can stick to my diet! I had scrambled egg this morning, a chicken salad and a fruit salad for lunch and spag bol for dinner. I also went to the gym for an hour and walked home afterwards. I really hope i keep this motivation for as long as possible :-)

Diet and exercise plan are the best solution for weight lose. Every day my husband and kids are looking forward to what I'm preparing for breakfast. Being a mom and a wife, a whole day is not enough to cope up with the everyday household chores. Still, I never forget to keep my body healthy and fit. I do daily exercise, healthy diet plan and I keep my body firm by using iwbodywraps to keep my body tighten and toned.
