need help with excess skin after weight loss

recently I have lost eight stone but it has left me with excess skin on my stomach and chest anyone know excises I can do to help with it.

Hi Sorry I can't help with exercises I'm just beginning, But i just wanted to congratulate you on your weight loss . . . that's a fantastic achievement. I;m really struggling with finding the motivation to get started and to stick with it, what helped you?

Hi im sorry i havent got back sooner ive been very busy. but anyway the best motivation is to get someone to do the exercise with you, you will lose motivation doing it on your own but with someone to help you it gets easier

Well done on your weight loss, unfortunately if you've been left with excess skin from being Obese for a long period of time then the reality is that it can only be fixed with surgery, sorry.

If you look you'll find plenty of online retailers and website willing to sell you creams and supplements that claim to help, but trust me you'll be better off saving your money. You may be able to improve the condition and appearance of your skin, especially if you have scarring from stretch-marks etc with long term use of something like Cocoa Butter or if you can afford it Bio Oil but be aware neither will actually physically reduce excess skin, likewise you could reduce the appearance slightly by building muscle, for example increasing your shoulders and pecs mass could lift the skin slightly on your chest but you may not want to bulk up these areas and also the reality is it can take a long time to achieve a small and perhaps unnoticeable effect however the benefit will be that you'll be fitter in the long run
