My first jog :)


So I finally managed to do the first week c25k jog :) it took me 6 weeks of getting into walking beforehand, but it feels good... I had walked 3 km before starting the tired, but the endorphins are kicking in nicely :)

Well done you ! I'm doing the C25k too, never done anything

Iike that before but finding it a real buzz and so pleased with myself just starting week 7!! Never in a million years did I think I would run/ jog 25 minutes !! Ground it got easier after fininshung week 2 , stick with it and enjoy feeling proud of yourself Yvonne
