Lots of weight to lose

I lost 3 1/2 stone a couple of years ago, since then iv only put about 10lb of it on. But I'm under gynaecology now and to get fertility treatment I have to lose 62lb to get my BMI to 30. I'm doing the meal replacement diet as I need to lose it quick. I started 2 weeks ago, but last week had 5 days away n wasn't on the plan completely, but iv lost 9lb so far so got 53lb to go.
