My younger sister had mouth cancer two years ago. After asking the oncologist why, as she has never drank, smoked or done drugs or lived unhealthy ( which are the major causes of this cancer) he said these words which became embedded in my brain.

' how do we really know what is in our food these days'

I began to research and after a year I realised and understood that what we eat affects nearly everything regarding our weight and health.

So I embarked on a healthy eating regime and without dieting at all, i have lost 22 lb and counting, feel so much fitter and healthier and am passing my ideas onto anyone that wants to listen!
