Sorry I didn't answer your treadmill question yesterday. I don't usually run on it as I'm not built for running but I set off with a programme which includes running and work my speed up the more I go on it. I would say it helps me lose inches rather than weight. A few years ago I went on it every day and the size of my hips seemed to reduce really quickly. Foolishly I didn't keep it up.
