'Tis the season

So it's that Christmas / Hogmanay time again.

Hope you all enjoy it all lots.

Try to remember that there's more to enjoying the time than the endless shovelling-in of fat and carbohydrate rich food! Well, as much as you can, at any rate!

Use all the tricks you can to reduce, or avoid, the worst of it, but still have a really good time.

If you're currently reducing - then good luck with your weight loss efforts. If they do go a bit awry over the period, then at some point in January just "pick yourself up, brush yourself down" ..... and get back on the weight loss bus.

If you've lost your extra load recently and are in maintenance - then good luck with keeping that at least reasonably on track.

And a healthy, light and slim 2014 to you all.
