Good morning everyone, I finally weigh in yesterday. My plan was to weigh in on Tuesday. Sorry. Good news, I lost 3lbs in the last two weeks. Last time I weigh in, my weigh had remained the same. During the last two weeks, I planned my meals earlier and kept a keen eye on the calories input. Dah Dah...improvement.
