#WLC 4 Lost a pound, I'll take that !

After last week's disappointment of not losing anything, I am happy with a pound this week.

That's half a stone since starting. I keep gee-ing people up and saying that a pound a week amounts to 3st10lb in a year so I'll take my own advice and stay positive. :-)

Cheers, on the bright side, one pound a week will get me to 13lb altogether lighter by Christmas. :-)

Well done - half a stone is a good milestone :) I also try to imagine what that weight would look like as butter or sugar. 1 lb of butter is quite a big block!

well done you. I was disappointed with my 2lbs off, but reading your positive take on 1lb I feel encouraged to continue. Thanks.
