I can hardly believe I'm two thirds of the way through the first 12 weeks. Only lost one and a half pounds last week but I'm not feeling defeated as my clothes feel looser and people are noticing my weight loss, woohoo!
I've stared the c25k program but still not past the first week - busy at work and home but have cycled to and from work every day for 6 days in a row (round trip of 6 miles). Feel so much fitter and stamina much better too.
I've even had colleagues ask how I'm losing weight and getting in to shape. Of course I've highly recommended this program.
