Hi everybody, I'm new here and I want to lose weight, practising sport or joining a group ?

I've lost over three stone since February.I joined a gym and do a combination of kettle bells, spin bikes and the new dance fitness classes fitsteps. I'm hopeless at diets so I've only done it by exercising. I use my fitness pal online too. Do an exercise you like to start with.

Find something that you'll enjoy. You can even take uo horse riding, hiking anything that gets you a little bit hot and out of breath dor thirty minutes a day will help you.

I am in a similar situation to you, I did manage to lose a stone last year but stuck now at the same weight. I go to aqua jog and the gym every week sometimes twice, I is not helped by me feeling very stressed most of the time which makes me eat.

Take exercise, eat healthy(not ready meals) and don't nibble, try to keep between 1200-1400 calories a day.

go to myfitnesspal.com. you can eat anything you want but try to keep 1200 -1400 calories a day and you can check your sugar intake as well. thats what i am doing and lost 2 pounds every week.
