Hi just wondering if anyone had suffered high blood pressure after giving birth ??? I had my daughter 4 months ago and found out I had high blood pressure by chance as I lost the feeling in both arms . Was sent to a&e where they found my blood pressure was through the roof . 4 months later my blood pressure is still high but my doctor had decided to reduce medication to see what happens ????? Thing is I'm becoming really worried as I now think something g bad is going to happen to me - thinking my babies will be left without a mammy . Stupid I know but I just can't stop worrying . I'm currently taking Labetalol ( beta blocker ) has anyone taken this medication and had it worked ???
