Trace Leukocytes in Urine At 36 week

Hiya I am 36 week and I had the urine strips at home. I think I have trace amount of leukocytes. Is it a problem or trace does not mean anything?

I had this on sun they said nothing to worry about x

Because I made the test again now it shows small amount of leukocytes. I drink 4lt a day but still..

I was told it shows up when there are bits of discharge in it nothing to worry about. .. have u googled it? If it's trace then it is very small

That's right - can be to do with discharge being present in the sample and a trace is nothing to worry about - if you had an infection you would have a consistently high presence. If you are worried you could take a natural 'antibiotic' like garlic capsules or drink pure cranberry juice which is ace at preventing and countering urine infections - but as it is a small amount there is nothing to worry about.

I had ++ leukocytes at 34 weeks, but after a further tests at the hospital they said it was all fine. Probably just contamination with discharge.

I agree wi the above. Larger amounts with the presence of protein may indicate a urine infection which cud bring on prem labour. In that case a urine sample wud b sent off for testin x
