Fatigue

Have you tried any meds for ms fatigue? I got a script for amantadine but have not taken it yet. Spring is here and I am hoping that some sun and exercise will be enough, rather than another med.
I tried modefilinee I think it's called but I felt wired I'm gonna try it again though I have never heard of tht one
Try L-theanine, saffron, baby aspirin, and GABA supplements. Noble Aidaspirin brand has no corn syrup - important to cut out corn syrup; get veggie capsule, avoid additives; cut out beef and pork; increase eggs... smooth out the rough moments with Klare Labs Bicarb, oxygenates and makes you more base.
I take amantadine. It helps but doesn’t fully resolve it. I’m not currently working, so I’m able to nap, a lot! Unfortunately, it’s a lousy part of MS.
I do find exercise helps. And if I can get going for the day I do pretty good, until I stop. Then it’s game over.
Give yourself grace. Some days are good and some days are going to be awful and it’s ok.
I don't like to think of adding another med to my list. The first thing I would suggest would be to fight against it by working more to strengthen yourself. With MS, it's probably a losing cause, but we all need to fight against this insidious disease.
I struggle with my "battle fatigue". At this moment I have other pressing health issues that forces me to keep on keeping on.

I tried medication and unfortunately it didn’t help. I have lived to accept it, which is really really hard to do, and feels like a setback.
I’ve identified when I’m most tired, like at noon and after work. So during my lunch break, I take a Power Nap. After work, I’ll lay in bed and rest for a bit. It’s not perfect but it works for what I need. Like someone said, listen to what your body needs and be kind to yourself.
Exercise and vitamin b complex helps me
I tried the amantadine but I didn't like it. It made me feel worse with more brain fog. I changed my diet to mostly meat with no breads or grains or starchy vegetables. After about 6 months of that diet I had lost weight, brain fog was gone along with the muscle weakness & cramping & so was the fatigue. My MS had gone into remission & I don't have any MS symptoms except a little numbness on the bottom of my feet. I think that is due to permanently damaged nerves.
Really so hmmm can u tell me a little more about your diet plan very interested
