So, I have been making this green juice to give me more energy. It’s also anti-inflammatory, which does help me. If it wasn’t for the left over bacon I don’t think I’d be able to endure that z juice! It isn’t exactly the kind that of green I like 😂
Following is the recipe for anyone who would like to try it:
In a juicer put:
1 large handful of parsley
2 cups of spinach
1 green apple
1 lemon
1,small cucumber
2-3 celery stalks
1-2 inches of ginger

I used to juice a lot, my favorite was 'Green Glow Juice' which is kinda close to what you drink: Green apples, spinach, carrots, kale, cucumbers, orange, and lemon (depending on how tart or not, you want it, that is how much lemon you put in it). It was sweet with a little bit of sour from the lemon, but just enough to balance it. It was so yummy, I had to make large batches, because my kids wanted to drink it too! It used to give me a boost of energy back then too.
Way to go for doing something healthy for yourself!!🧡🧡
Thank you. I gotta try to do all I can to overcome this MS. So the lemon is what’s making it so tart? I gotta ratchet that back! Thank you! Less sour = good! I like sweet 🙂
I the Green Glow juice the carrots and oranges were what made it so sweet 🙂Hope that helps! And hope you get to enjoy your juice! You make me want to make the Green Glow juice again (my teens would ❤️that! They have been asking me to make it since I found my juicer!) 🧡🧡
Xvettech I taught my teens to put baking soda in the water so that the eggs would peel easier, so now they make the deviled eggs for all the family get togethers!! And every time they forget the baking soda, you can tell because the eggs look awful 🤣
Your welcome! I agree with the lemon, watch how much you put in! I never tried honey or brown sugar but the honey seems like a good idea! Honey has a lot of healing properties!
