Fatigue Free Foodie: Apple Oatmeal Bars ingredients:

2C. old fashion oats 2C. unsweetened Apple Sauce 1 t. vanilla

1t. apple pie spice/or 1/2 t. cinnamon + 1/2 t. ginger dash of salt.

1T. sweetener. 1/2C. dried fruit raisins or cranberries or cherries:

Preheat oven to 350* Add all ingredients except dried fruit in large mixing bowl

stir until all ingredients are moistened mix in dried fruit. put on a baking sheet prayed with cooking spray flatten out to approx. 1/4" place in preheated oven bake 15 min or until sides are firm & starting to brown. cool then cut into bars, cool completely then store in air tight container. mmmm good for diabetics too
