I have been drinking tart cherry juice for the past two months now every evening. It helps me get to sleep easier, but most importantly I have found that it is relieving inflammation in my body.
I have been reading about this and it appears to have some factual evidence. Just based on my experience, it really is helpful. I thought I would pass this along to you. It is rather expensive, but I am not drinking lots of it, so it lasts me quite a while. I hope this will help someone else. Love to all, Kelly

I drink a cup and a half every day. I split it… one half cup in late afternoon and one cup in evening. My experience has been that my back is not hurting as much and my arms and legs don’t feel as achy. I always stay very hydrated, so I’m not thinking that I have increased my intake in any way. I have just added that to my usual intake of fluids.
I am so very glad you found something that helps you! I will keep this in mind. My spine has some issues and if it gets to the point it's really bothering me, I will give this a try.
