Fight On!

Hello community,

I started this week no doing so well. Thankful to be doing a lot better now. I'm sitting here typing with my cooling vest on. It helps a lot. Keeping our body temp down helps us to not feel worse than things really may be. I practice everyday and I still play out professionally. Tough disease for any creative person to deal with. I just want to encourage everyone reading to continue fighting. Try to remember (as hard as it is) that we have MS, it doesn't have us.

Peace & Blessings...DWats

Glad to hear it is helping you! Sometimes I don't fill the abdomen packs, so I can switch them out and get more time. Extra packs would be a good idea 🤣
