Neck pain??

I was reading a separate post earlier... And multiple people were speaking about their neck pain. I never thought this was MS related. I guess probably because I was complaining about my neck before my MS diagnosis.... Although, what myself and my regular physician thought was a potential pinched nerve in my neck, led to an MRI, which ultimately helped diagnose me with MS.... That whole whirlwind in 2020, no less.... I don't know, my neck pain seemed less important than everything else going on. Maybe it still does score low on everything else... But I just, live with it? If anyone would like to share what they do about their neck... I would love to hear from you. And with that, anyone reading this, I wish you well. MS sucks... But I try to be grateful it's nothing worse. Love, light, and peace.

Here goes...chiropractic, physical therapy, or if those fail, a pain doctor for injections! Also heat, topical pain cream. I get what you mean about an MS diagnosis kind of sucking up all the oxygen. I hope you find relief! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Yes, I suffered with neck pain for a few years. Pain clinic did epidural and it did nothing. Yoga! I learned in yoga how to stretch those tiny muscles in the neck and that worked great. Now whenever I have pain I can stretch those muscles and it relieves it.

Mine is not MS related. Massage, heat, medication.

I use to go to the chiropractor and sometimes I would get a massage after. I really need to book another appt because the adjustments really helped. Since not going, when the pain is bad I use ice or Max Freeze...roll that on my neck and it helps so much. I will sometimes take a couple ibuproprofin on really bad days.

My neck isnโ€™t related to MS as I have two herniated discโ€™s that are pushing against my spine. I have cervical spine injections every 3 months which helps a bunch ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‰

Hi Sunandrainbows๐Ÿ™‚

Mine isnโ€™t neck pain, but back pain. Some good info given here..I do attribute some of the pain to ms. After all MS is a disease of the brain & SPINAL cord , so anything can happen.๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
