Thank you Mr. Heinlein. apologies for spelling your name wrong, I think. Think about it. There is no need to be scared, but it is okay if "YOU" are. Put those thoughts aside, there is no need to fear your Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms). Fear will only make it worse and stress "YOU> RRms loves this. Steady yourself. Start researching this disease. Try not to listen to the fear-mongers or believe the bee sting miracle cure people. there is no cure, this is a progressive incurable disease. It is fun to look for a cure but there is not one. Having RRms is something we will have for our entire lives, but do not fear.

Many of us live fruitful and valuable lives. As "YOU" come to term, with your situation "YOU" will start to find your way forward. It is okay, take your time. Not everybody gets this in a week. Relax, you will control this your best eventually. Remember ms is a devious mischievous illness. It will try hard to thwart your every move, just stop, calm down and take a different approach. there is more than one way to catch a fish.

Royce (your ms writer and Brother)

Slowly and be calm YOU havill get this.

Yes. Stress fuels M.S. From the words the other day from the 100+ year old who responded to how he made it that far, "Don't worry about anything". Okay, not so easy, but if you could, I'm sure we would all be much better off. From the one who spent his whole working career at stress levels described as at levels as stressful as those of an air traffic cotroller. Nope, that would have been a walk in the park compared to what I went through most of mine. Yes you can take on the world. And succeed doing so, but at what cost.Knowledge is power. WithM.S. you need to adapt, and make changes. I personally feel diet is the best medicine. Many others swear by it too.

I started with juicing, then vita-mixing, (all fruits and veggies), then regular fruits and veggies with small potions of meat once in a while. Now I still eat primarily veggies, with small portions of meat, fish, seafood. Last night I did a Berry Snow Salad Keep thinking Cooler During a Heat Wave

Blueberries, Black Berries, Strawberries, Organic Spring Mix, Crumbled Queso Fresco That was a dinner plate salad.

Then Pulled Pork

Slow Mesquite Smoked Shredded Pork Shoulder

Overnight Apple Juice Brined, Smoked Using Mesquite Wood Chips

Nearly 20 Hours, Myself. I did have to be pried from my bed every couple hours one night to feed the electric smoker with wood chips, and note the meat and smoker temperature, So flavorable and juicy no thoughts of any bbq sauce or other.

A normal portion.

THEN a heaping mound of Sauteed Lancinato (Dinosaur) Kale With Shallots, Garlic, & Bacon!

Kale, Washed, Spun Dry, Stemmed, Chopped, Sauteed in Chicken Broth, Kosher Salt & Pepper

With EVOO Sauteed Shallots & Garlic

Drizzled With Chopped Bacon

Okay, the pulled pork was frozen left over from the week before, a separate project that all but wiped me out for a couple days. But, all prepped and cooked myself! Yah!

Tonite is Hatch Chili and Mushroom Creamy Chicken in a slow cooker. I used to live in El Paso, and every night coming back from Juarez Mexico, I would go past the trucks of Hatch Chilies from Hatch New Mexico just up the highway a bit, being roasted in 6' long? roasters. That was an annual event. The local grocery has them as a special treat.

This is dish 2 using the Hatch Chilies. The chicken is topped with the roasted and peeled chillies, in a cream sauce (heavy whipping cream).

But first, A dinner plate salad. Same one again, why not?

So you see, it's essentially everything real food. Nothing processed, except by me. Mainly fruits and veggies, with lean meats. The pulled pork didn't start out so lean, but after 20 hours in a smoker, it was still moist but? Okay, that bacon was processed, but no xyz, and only a little as a seasoning.
