G'Day my Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms) family. Another hot day here in the Desert South West USA, that is Arizona if YOU are not local, which YOU probably are not. The usual disclaimer, I am not a medical professional, these are my words based on 40+ years of experience both female and male. Mistakes are made because a computer would not make mistakes.

On to the topic, find your strength. Easy to say but a little harder to do. My thought on this is to immerse yourself in adversity, heroism, and struggle stories. Find areas where YOU can see other homo sapiens, SUCCEED. Read a book about how people survived. Watch people succeed. I watched the tv show last night called ALONE about survivalists in northern Canada and what they are going through to live in the wilderness. Not exactly my lifestyle but watching them make the best of what they have, gave me the reminder to keep up my fight. Maybe YOU have something to help YOU.

Look around do NOT just give up. Your task now is to live your best life. Equip yourself with the tools that YOU might need for this very long journey.

Always remember this is incurable and lifelong, BUT very liveable.

Hang in there! We are in North Central CA & going on 10-12th days circling 110 degrees. As we all know, more heat sensitive because of MS. That was one of my first symptoms of MS over 7 yrs ago.

There was a woman with MS on Alone, twice, if I'm not mistaken.

She was tough.
