G'day ms friends and family. That is all of YOU. BIGGISH NEWS. Ocrevus is officially started my next infusion will be in October or Novemberish. Seeing if I can work every 5 months. My research does not say every 6 months and have read of people having issues after 5.5 months. having had issues in my 20+ years I am pretty sure I do not want to start now. Of course, if YOU find something different please let me know.

I felt so sorry for the nurses, they were nice older ladies, doing their best. My veins for some reason just wouldn't cooperate. Bloody-minded things, anyway finally got it in my hand, and all was good. Being a Sunday I could hear the radio and enjoyed walking laps around the infusion room with no looks from people. So all went well. I still suggest the medicine but it is your body and if YOu do not want to do the best that YOU can for yourself that is your choice.

Personally, I would like to make the next 20+ years better than the first 20.

Have a good day and only push yourself to a 3 level, not overboard we are a little sick after all.

Royce

Be good.

Hi Royce glad you had no problems, I just last Thurs started my 7th year. I have a question about how you can get the infusion at 5.5 months that would really help me as this time I was drained the last 2 weeks. I'll talk to my Dr. & see what she says.

I am thinking just ask for it, What I saw does not mandate 6 months so talk to your Neuro would be a good start.

That I will & I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks

Remember to hydrate before your appointment, it helps your veins cooperate better :) Learned that lesson from going for an MRI, and they had a hard time getting a vein for the dye. Glad your experience was good! Good luck at your next one! Keep us updated!

I have been doing every 5 months last few infusions So much better! Still notice it’s “time” but not as long or strong. kycmary just ask neuro! Mine took a few times but finally agreed. I don’t mind being persistent 😂 Now we are trying no steroids in Aug as well.

Excellent, glad you are well, thought was just being paranoid and second guessing myself, as usual.
