How long does one have to lay in the snow
with your rollator in the street before someone stops to help?
One half hour according to the man my hub stopped to help yesterday!
He saw the man on the ground as he was driving back to work on his lunch hour.
He was on a busy street, lots of people going by & no one stopping!
wow what a shame. I hope he is ok.
My hub seemed to think so as he offered to drive him and he said he was alright.
When my hub went to lift him up, he told him to relax, "I pick my wife up off the floor every so often."

oh my so glad he stopped and helped him ...people are so busy and just don't look any where they are going ...or just don't care ...sorry for the person ...

It's sad but there are a lot of people who turn a blind eye to people in need. It's like people don't want to get involved. I don't understand it either.
if i was there i definitely would have stopped. Not that i could lift anyone but i could call for help. (that's why i got the apple watch).

We will all sit in the judgment seat someday & the judge will tell your husband "Well done my son". We should all try to be a blessing to someone everyday even if it's just as simple as a smile. that's horrible, and in winter! i'm glad your husband is a kind person. my dad (parkinson's) went to check the post and fell. he couldn't get up and he didn't have his phone, but luckily the postman was kind and helped him up. we used to go wave at him when he delivered the post after that.
