G'day, my Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms) Sisters and Brothers. A happy and beautiful Sunday to you. I am a little sad to inform YOU that once again I am going away for a few months. So in that light have a happy Thanksgiving a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, perhaps I will talk again when I get back.
Do not let RRms get YOU down. Take things slowly, and limit yourself YOU have got this under your control. YOU can enjoy this season. Take your Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT) and keep doing everything that YOU were doing in August. Please never think I am saying doom and gloom to YOU. Merely there are potential pitfalls in this disease if YOU do not pay attention, have a plan and make the effort. YOU may come to meet those pitfalls.
There is no reason, a diagnosis of RRms has to be the end for YOU. ALWAYS strive to make your life as good and long as YOU can. By the way, if YOU have a different holiday, enjoy that as well.
