Can You guess what it is? Of course, YOU can, to be so obvious on a Tuesday morning. Go find a mirror and look at the face YOU see. it is YOU. Something; somebody worth cherishing and appreciating. Love yourself not in a narcissistic way but as somebody who loves you. Tell yourself I love you and mean it, do it everyday. Appreciate yourself, it is the only YOU. You have.

If you are struggling finding yourself, please learn to cherish, appreciate, and love yourself just as RoyceNewton has stated.

It's true that we believe what we hear from our own voice over what others say to us. I used to have my students in cosmetology that had very little self esteem do that very day to help them build up their confidence. It worked every time!
