Beloved ms family. Today is Tuesday, I had to look that up, days are all the same to me. Retirement, what can I say As always I wish the best for"YOU" and yours.
Today say something nice to yourself. Perhaps something silly, then keep saying it and start being serious. Start to notice and comment on your positive qualities. Be positive about yourself, build yourself UP be positive, make it a habit. Have positive self-talk, be your own cheer squad.
Embrace your very own positivity. I know I say this often, but stop, think. Do it better, be better. This is a very long difficult journey we take. Use every tool that "YOU" can to help "YOU".

Yesterday was my 78th birthday. I should have read your post then. Might have made things better. Spent all morning wrestling with issues of funding for Tecfidera, grant used up, Biogen ending free programs, etc. Not finished with the issue yet, but I have 45 days of pills to get me through to the end of it. Guess I'll have to get my Neuro to prescribe another med. I have had excellent results on Tecfidera and I really hate to have to change meds. I enjoy seeing your posts. Glad you stay with the program, trying to encourage us all. Keep up the good work! You are appreciated.
