Just wondering if anyone has been given Evusheld for longer term protection against Covid? My doctor is recommending it, but I want to be sure it won’t negatively affect my ms, Grave’s Disease or newest autoimmune disease, Polymyalgia Rheumatica.
Thanks!

I had Evusheld in March with no issues & was glad my body had the extra antibodies when I got covid in June. I should be getting another dose pretty soon.
It's likely going to be just fine if they are recommending it, but you should double check with your doctor if concerned about interactions with multiple conditions.
I have no direct experience with it, but I know someone with severe RA who's on a DMT that suppresses her immune system. She has had Evusheld; months later a family member tested positive for COVID after a family gathering and my acquaintance neither caught the virus nor tested positive. (She's also vaccinated and boosted but formed no antibodies against the virus.)
poor baby. you're like me. my neuro suspects multiple autoimmune diseases (i have 2 so far. yay!😩). i've not heard of this, but i'm definitely going to do some research. i hope it helps you. i would talk to your doctor, too.🤗
