Stress is so hard to control. I do my crocheting and other crafts to keep my mind relaxed. Most times it works. Talking out what is on your mind could help. I will be in prayer for you

hi Jackjosh I feel for you. I live with lots of stress. speeding up never works. try focusing on your breath for a minute. it's like a re-set.

Next time you feel stressed, please try listening to anything by Lauren Daigle. It’s like sitting/talking with a good friend. My favorite choice to listen to during my MRIs, too.

Figure out the source behind what’s the cause and try to avoid any stressors as much as possible. Exercise and prayer works🙏🏾

what is stress? Is it a worry you can't do anything about or a concern that we have some control over? Stress will hurt your heath in dramatic ways. I know many people, who want to impose their will only to be frustrated again and again, making things worse. I've had to learn to let things go. Analyze the situation carefully. If you ask enough people you will eventually get the answer you want. Sooooo many things to consider Soooo many variables!

I went through years of therapy to get myself put back together and learn how to be more chill about things. I can't hardly believe that I have not been stressed out in a long time. After years, something just switched off.

i'm a firm proponent of talk therapy, though sometimes you have to take meds at least to get back to an even keel. 🤗

it is hard when it is always pilling up and up with no help ....start asking the doctor for some help with all that you are going through by yourself ....sounds like it is way out of control and let everyone know you are at your breaking point and it is dangerous for you and your husband and child...scream ..do what ever to get someone to help you ....wow....

I have to agree with most of the responses but exercise is what helps me the most.

You should find a way to reduce stress as it may affect your health. For example, sport is the most effective stress relief for me. Also, try meditation and breathing techniques. Don't forget to support the nervous system and all the body functions by taking supplements. I usually buy them at this online pharmacy canadadrugsdirect.com/onlin...
