Can I tell my community fam about my week. We go through days realizing in spite of pain, discomfort; still grateful. Well I am - you see guys last week a creepy incident happened with an Uber ride to my hospital app. Hubby was so busy working from home, and takes me to every appointment, this particular day he had an important zoom meeting. I told him to just pick me up and he won't have to deal with work drama. So sad in this day and time we are living in especially "women" but anyone, we must always be alert. What happens next feels like a scene from a "Lifetime" movie. Uber driver diverting from a basic route and veering off to a road that is very isolated. Being trained in Social Services 101, never let π¨ fear surface, secondly demanded he turn around immediately and proceed with the route I told him!!! What he didn't know was, my big old pocketbook wasn't that way for a reason! Legal and trained. Enough said and I believe Angels do watch over us, along with my parents from heaven. The pix was my therapeutic silly day at an Apple π Orchard with grands. Blessings, sorry for the Thesis - felt better sharing with you. What did Michael J..sing " Heal the world π make it a better place."

How to Forget Stress and MS!
I'm glad you made it to your appointment unharmed! π± I love orchards π₯°
wow scary ...so glad you made it safely ...wow..so scary ...god bless you for the angels were there for you ...
What an experience? Did you report him? Thank God you are safe π€
that is insane! i hope you reported the driver. there's also an option to "share your ride" with someone so they know where you are. i tend to hold my phone for a few minutes in the ride until i feel safe. it does suck. i'm a visibly disabled woman. people know on sight that i'm disabled. but i'm still a woman or as i joke with my mum about how some men see us, a "talking vagina." i'm so sorry this happened to you.
and i'm really happy you got to go to the apple orchard to relax and re center.π€
It's sad that we need those "big old pocketbooks", but they do come in handy these days. I used to take mine everywhere. I'm glad this had a happy ending.
Wow, what a scary situation. But glad you were able to take control of it and keep something bad from happening. Way to go girl! And you look awesome!
Glad for Godβs Angel of protection all the time ππΎ
That is such a scary story. In addition to the power of your faith, you have your wits about you. It's good that you reported that creep, but to whom? There's a lesson here for all vulnerable people, thank you for sharing.
You go girl!!! Glad you got to your app. safe, after feeling out of control, but in control.. You did great!!!
Oh my that was scary. Glad you've been trained & are able to tell your story that may help others.
Yes, unfortunately this is the one time, and I pray the only time a "License to Carry" - go to the doctor with me! But that God voice...said you're traveling alone; see how bless I was! I'll always take God or you higher power with you. His advice and listening to my woman inner voice probably saved me from being at Special Victims Unit or the worse.
Peace and Blessings
Glad you are a bright strong woman thatβs ready for any challenges ππΌ Glad things turned out and you made it to appointment safely π€πΌ Take care ππ

Gosh, how scary! I am so glad you are unharmed. My husband compares me to Red Riding Hood. He says I trust the world to be upright, honest and good, but it is not always so. Thank Heaven you have that 'big old pocketbook' and it's contents. Be safe!

Glad you made it through and to your appointment. I do believe angels from heaven watch over us all the time. ππ
