Good morning, or G’day depending upon what time of day it is for “YOU”. For me it is the first litre of Coffee o'clock, I think 4 cups but I may be wrong. Hope “YOU” are all well and had a good night, I slept in which I will regret when I try to sleep tonight, ah well these things happen. Just not very often.
That is might I say a brilliant Segue into part of today's topic. I DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING, sadly I do not. I do know some things but NOT everything. Yes, I have used caps, I am trying to make a point. I most certainly am not a doctor of anything, do not take my words for Gospel, they are not meant to be. Take them as a guide, a jumping-off point for yours and your medical team to delve further into your very long life with Relapsing-Remitting ms(RRMS). Note I say RRms not any other form of ms. I do not have them and I do not speak of them. This to some may appear long but it purposefully is only one page at 12 or 13 Times New Roman font. I do not like reading multiple page texts, so out of courtesy, I do not write them. I hope that is clear. What I do write is not meant to read as a book, it is far too repetitive for that and too long. it is meant for a Newbie (Newly diagnosed ) person to jump in, get a solid start point and start making good decisions. Like, suck it up take a Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT). They will NOT cure “YOU” but they are meant to slow your disease progression, they may not seem to at first but believe they most likely are.
Another point that I must apologise to the entire family for. I seem to have given the impression the other day that I am a Doctor, I am NOT. I think that person may have read the title and not the whole post. I thought I clearly stated that I am NOT a doctor of any sort. Frankly, this line of conversation is boring so I will try not to mention it anymore. Forgive me if I get overly sensitive and mention it again. My editor is often still in bed when I write this, and she can not delete certain things before I send them, I like to get my posts out early, because of time zones.
Onto a more interesting topic. MEDITATION, I most certainly am not an expert on it, I am not even sure if I do it correctly, Is there a right way, I do not know. Anyway, I went to my source of everything and bought a book yesterday about meditation for beginners, I figure I am. so why not start at the beginning. At least I thought I had, now I must find it. I have way too much electronics in this house. At least my coffee is in a big red cup and I can usually find that.
To the day. have a great one. Wear your protective underwear if “YOU” need to, take your DMT and why not, just smile. RRms takes a lot from us over time but take action for it to take a little less. Be good and enjoy your life. It is not impossible, it just requires adjusting.
