A/C update

My wonderful a/c man was here today (labor day) for almost 3 hours!! Said he put me on top of his list due to my health.. Tried several things & finally decided the problem is with the circuit board at the heater. Ahhh!!! He will check early tomorrow on the parts & hopefully, if he can get it he will fix tomorrow! On top of another list...hehehe.. So, one more night, but am considering advice from "upnorth". Thanks to all for listening.😊

We don’t get your kind of heat in the U.K., so I am not going to be much help. When we do have a heat wave, I have to keep all the curtains closed then as soon as the sun goes down I have to open all the windows to get the air flowing. A/C must be a real treat but to break down on the hottest day, typical! I hope and pray that you get it fixed soon 🙏 🤗

It seems like the pandemic has created all kinds of shortages beyond toilet paper and cleaners. Our friends have been waiting weeks for a part for their refrigerator. Their service company still has no idea when. Luckily they have an old fridge elsewhere.
