Thanks, My wife planted them and I cut them back like she did before each winter and they are just blooming now. Also some pink ones.

Amaryllis, Considered a Christmas flower. Bulbs are kept in a dark place until late October, Early Nov to get Christmas flowers. It's called "forcing the bulbs." I have mine in a planter on my front porch, a southern exposure. I have to add soil and I am rewarded each spring with glorious blooms! They practically glow. And they have produced 2 more bulbs, and the original bulbs have more flowers on the stems as the bulbs age.

Lilies. So many varieties of lilies. Most of them bloom every summer. I have separated mine cause they multiply. I have orange tiger lilies here when we moved in, and Stella d’oros I planted. I will post photos.

I bought some lilies at a box store after the bloom was past for $1 each. Had no idea what I was getting but for a buck??? Got some gorgeous red and yellow ones. Have to watch for them at the end of the season again this year!
