The catch is, you get the vet bill that comes with him. Yikes!😲

We have been in my new place for a month now. And have been working at getting the animal smells out of here. Then there is Jasper. Confused, poor Jasper. I'm gonna kill'um! We Have NEVER had this problem before! I'm spending all flipping day chasing him down😭😭 OMG This has to be more than this place. Cause I'm gonna make this poor Kitty an outside bear food! (And y'all think I'm joking) 🤣😂🤣

Took him to the vet on Monday. For a UTI. I told them this. My dad took him in, he comes back out, no Jasper. Excuse Me? I go hallin in there!!! What is going on?? The vet is just looking at me. Then I see it. He starts talking, no catheter, but antibiotics blah blah blah, overnight... And I still see it.. the dollar signs in his eyes!! Ugh!

Jasper is finally home with the bill!🤣😂

Just thought I would share!🤣🤗💕🌠

I am with you, Jesmcd2 , those vet bills are insane... And, no, I don't want another cat as I have two rescue cats, and they are a handful. Did you try wiping down the 'smells' with vinegar? It works for me :-D

Oh yeah! Vinegar and pine Sol, and bleach and vinegar again and I have this enzyme spray that works great. 🤣😂😭😂🤗💕🌠

If you wipe down with vinegar it just smells like another's cat's pee to your cat so if you are having problems with Jasper peeing in places he shouldn't then it could be more than just him having a UTI. Anything which smells like ammonia smells like pee to an animal which is why bleach does not work and only make the problems worse as it makes territory marking behaviour stronger as they try to cover what they think is another animals marking with their own marks. Wiping down with metho works better if you can tolerate the smell for a short time or just stick to the enzyme cleaner. Also, a pheromone spray will help him settle down.

We just had a $700 bet bill for our poor pug for degenerative changes because our regular vet wasn’t seeing patients. Ouch. I feel for you.

Ok h no, that’s awful!! I’ve tried every cleaner for pets and can still smell it. The cats have been gone a while now.

NO I DON'T WANT NO STINKING CAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want anything that is ungrateful and doesn't want anything to do with you until it's time to eat.

This is when it would starve

Then on top of that everyone who I have come across who has/ had a cat has this smell that is unbearable. You can say I don't have that smell but you do.

Bonus of not being asked to take a cat is I'm allergic.

I'm no cat whisperer, but if there were cats previously in the place you've just moved to, Jasper may be reacting to what lingers.
