yes most certainly, 3 months ago thgis was not on my radar at all, I was thinking about a cruise to Alaska, now, I am thinking about a refund and what to do this summer

You should get a refund. We have cancelled a Mediterranean cruise in September 2021. Cruises are not a good idea while this virus is active.
