My favorite is one probably nobody here has heard of. It's called A Child's Christmas in Wales. It's based on the Dylan Thomas poem.
What's yours?

It’s a new one I think it’s call Santa Clause it’s on Netflix you need to see it it’s about these two children who wait up for Santa 🎅 and get into his sleigh 🛷 It’s a good one HOHOHO
A Christmas Carol (the one with Alistair Sim), It's a Wonderful Life, and Remember the Night are my favorites.
I absolutely love 'The Polar Express'. Also, I am a softie when it comes the the Hallmark Channel and all their Christmas movies.
A Christmas Story is one of my favorites.
I could never let my sons watch that when they were young. I was so afraid they would eat like a piggy! That's a good one!
Lol! Or get their tongue stuck to a fence as my brother did!
He really did? How funny! I always thought that was so funny that they didn't just pour warm water over it to release his tongue but I guess that wouldn't be as funny!
When my brother did it,he was in the middle of a snowball fight ! He told me that he tried to tell his friend to stop bombing him with snowballs but.........couldn't! Lmao!
My favourites are Home Alone and White Christmas, also I like Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase. I just love a good comedy. Has anyone seen Diary of a Wimpy Kid? Where they go on vacation, it’s such good predictable comedy, such a good laugh 😂
My favorites are The Fourth Wiseman, Miracle on 34th St (the one with Natalie Wood), Nestor the Long-Eared Donkey (I just love when mama says "Ears Nestor"), Santa Claus is Coming to Town, The Little Drummer Boy.
An Affair to Remember, with Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr. I always cry at the end.
@mrsmike9buffering, I don't have a favorite Christmas movie. I tend to avoid Christmas movies but I like the old "Seinfeld" episode about Festivus, "the holiday for the rest of us."--I didn't know that "A Child's Christmas in Wales" had been made into a movie. I have a recording of Dylan Thomas reading that poem, and I used to play it often. "Cats in their furabouts!"
It’s a wonderful life with jimmy stewart—love the message it sends
mrsmike9buffering Thank you for reminding me. I used to have a tape of Dylan Thomas reading the poem, his deep rich voice telling the story. Now that I no longer have a tape player or any tapes, I should see if there's a CD of his reading. I didn't know a film had been made. It must be magical.
My all time favorite would be A Muppet Christmas Carol with Michael Caine and the entire Henson menagerie. I also like the Patrick Stewart version of A Christmas Carol. And, of course, there is always the ever popular, and the Grinch Who Stole Christmas (The original cartoon version)
It is a wonderful life. James Stuart I think.
